Class AnisotropicDiffusion.WideRegionEnhancer

java.lang.Object

mpicbg.imglib.algorithm.pde.AnisotropicDiffusion.WideRegionEnhancer

All Implemented Interfaces:

AnisotropicDiffusion.DiffusionFunction

Enclosing class:

AnisotropicDiffusion<T extends RealType<T>>

public static class AnisotropicDiffusion.WideRegionEnhancer
extends Object
implements AnisotropicDiffusion.DiffusionFunction

The second diffusion function proposed by Perona & Malik. This one privileges wide regions over smaller ones.

 g(∇I) = 1 / ( 1 + (||∇I/κ||²) )
