public interface EmptyArrayCreator<A>

Produce empty, invalid VolatileAccess to be used as placeholder invalid cell data.

For common types, it should be created through the static helper method get(PrimitiveType, boolean) to get the desired primitive type and dirty / non-dirty variant.
