Type Parameters:

D - Dataset handle

T - Pixel type

Enclosing class:

ExportScalePyramid

public static interface ExportScalePyramid.DatasetIO<D,T extends NativeType<T>>

Writing and reading back data for each resolution level.

Method Summary

Modifier and Type	Method and Description
D	createDataset(int level, long[] dimensions, int[] blockSize) Create a dataset for the image of the given resolution level.
void	flush() Blocks until all pending data was written to dataset.
default RandomAccessibleInterval<T>	getImage(int level) Opens a dataset that was already written as a RaπdomAccessibleInterval.
void	writeBlock(D dataset, ExportScalePyramid.Block<T> dataBlock) Write the given dataBlock to the dataset.
