Field Detail

source

public RandomAccessible<R> source

The source image.

calibration

public double[] calibration

The source image calibration. That is: the pixel sizes in all dimensions, to account for anisotropy in the source image ( e.g.dz might larger that dx, and the detector needs to exploit that).

The segmented spots will be returned with coordinates scaled with this calibration (image coordinates).

interval

public Interval interval

The neighborhood in the source image to inspect, in pixel coordinates.

transform

public AffineTransform3D transform

An affine transform that will convert the spot coordinates in the calibrated image coordinates to the global coordinate system whatever it is. If you do not have fancy rotations and multi-sources handling, this is most likely the identity transform.
