Loads a TrackMate file in the GUI.

Parameters:

filePath - the path to a TrackMate XML file, to load. If null or 0-length, the user will be asked to browse to a TrackMate file.

postRead

protected void postRead(TrackMate trackmate)

Hook for subclassers:
The TrackMate object is loaded and properly configured. This method is called just before the controller and GUI are launched.

Parameters:

trackmate - the TrackMate instance that was fledged after loading.

createReader

protected TmXmlReader createReader(File lFile)

Hook for subclassers:
Creates the TmXmlReader instance that will be used to load the file.

Parameters:

lFile - the file to read from.

Returns:

a new TmXmlReader instance.
