SplitImgLoaderThinPlateSplineFusion

public static final class SplitImgLoaderThinPlateSplineFusion.LandmarkRecord extends Object implements Serializable
One TPS landmark, classified by category. Emitted to an optional visitor passed to SplitImgLoaderThinPlateSplineFusion.getCoefficients(net.preibisch.mvrecon.fiji.spimdata.imgloaders.splitting.SplitViewerImgLoader, java.util.Map<java.lang.Integer, java.util.List<java.lang.Integer>>, java.util.Map<mpicbg.spim.data.sequence.ViewId, mpicbg.spim.data.registration.ViewRegistration>, mpicbg.spim.data.sequence.ViewId, double, double), primarily for diagnostic / overlay tooling (export to CSV, draw on top of the fused image, etc.). Source coords are in underlying-view pixel space (matching how Landmarks.getSourcePoints() stores them). Target coords are in render/global space (anisotropy already applied). For TYPE_NAIL records, underlyingViewId is the recipient underlying view (whose TPS the landmark feeds) and donorViewId is the underlying view whose split sub-view's surface produced the corner; the two coincide for "self" donations and differ for cross-view tie nails. For TYPE_CORR_COM/ TYPE_MIDPOINT the donor field equals the underlying view.
