public class RandomAccessConverter
extends AbstractPlaneConverter

Generalized PlaneConverter implementation. Can populate any ImgPlus using its RandomAccess. May be slower than other, optimized methods.

populatePlane

public <T extends net.imglib2.type.numeric.RealType<T>> void populatePlane(Reader reader,
                                                                           int imageIndex,
                                                                           int planeIndex,
                                                                           byte[] plane,
                                                                           net.imagej.ImgPlus<T> img,
                                                                           SCIFIOConfig config)

Uses a cursor to populate the plane. This solution is general and works regardless of container, but at the expense of performance both now and later.

Parameters:

reader - Reader that was used to open the source plane

imageIndex - image index within the dataset

planeIndex - plane index within the image

plane - the opened plane

img - the ImgPlus to populate

config - SCIFIOConfig for opening this plane
