  - createSampledImage
```
ImageDisplay createSampledImage(SamplingDefinition def)
```
    Creates an output ImageDisplay containing data from an input SamplingDefinition. This is the most general and custom way to sample existing image data. The SamplingDefinition class has some static construction utilities for creating common definitions.
    
    Parameters:
    
    def - The prespecified SamplingDefinition to use
    
    Returns:
    
    The display containing the sampled data

```
    Creates a copy of an existing ImageDisplay.
  - duplicateSelectedPlane
```
ImageDisplay duplicateSelectedPlane(ImageDisplay display)
```
