Parameters:

trans - TransformedImage, needs the .measure setup correctly along with the two images setup

materialBBox - can be empty

mat1 - used in material distance measures

mat2 - used in material distance measures

initial - can be empty, then 24 orientations are tried

noOptimization -

level - start level

stopLevel - end level

tolerance -

nInitialPositions - number of promising initial positions to optimize further

showTransformed - boolean whether to show the resultant transofrmed image or not

showDifferenceImage - boolean whether to show the resultant transofrmed image or not
