getTriangles

public List getTriangles(ij.ImagePlus image,
                         int threshold,
                         boolean[] channels,
                         int resamplingF)

Description copied from interface: Triangulator

This method must return a list of elements of class Point3f. Three subsequent points specify one triangle.

Specified by:

getTriangles in interface Triangulator

Parameters:

image - the ImagePlus to be displayed

threshold - the isovalue of the surface to be generated.

channels - an array containing 3 booleans, indicating which of red, green and blue to use for the Triangulation.

resamplingF - resampling factor

getTriangles

public List<org.jogamp.vecmath.Point3f> getTriangles(AreaListVolume volume)
                                              throws Exception

Triangulates the specifified volume.

Parameters:

volume - the volume to triangulate

Returns:

the triangles

Throws:

Exception

zeroPad

public static void zeroPad(ij.ImagePlus imp)
