Constructor Details

RGLDMGUI

public RGLDMGUI()

Method Details

pairwiseMatchingInstance

public RGLDMPairwise<InterestPoint> pairwiseMatchingInstance()

Specified by:

pairwiseMatchingInstance in class PairwiseGUI

Returns:

- the object that will perform a pairwise matching and can return a result

pairwiseGroupedMatchingInstance

public MatcherPairwise<GroupedInterestPoint<mpicbg.spim.data.sequence.ViewId>> pairwiseGroupedMatchingInstance()

Description copied from class: PairwiseGUI

This is not good style, but when creating the object we do not know which generic parameter will be required as the user specifies this later (could be a factory)

Specified by:

pairwiseGroupedMatchingInstance in class PairwiseGUI

Returns:

- the object that will perform a pairwise matching and can return a result for grouped interestpoints

newInstance

public RGLDMGUI newInstance(SpimData2 spimData)

Specified by:

newInstance in class PairwiseGUI

Parameters:

spimData - the current spimdata object (needed to load corresponding points)

Returns:

- a new instance without any special properties

getDescription

public String getDescription()

Specified by:

getDescription in class PairwiseGUI

Returns:

- to be displayed in the generic dialog

addQuery

public void addQuery(ij.gui.GenericDialog gd)

Specified by:

addQuery in class PairwiseGUI

parseDialog

public boolean parseDialog(ij.gui.GenericDialog gd)

Specified by:

parseDialog in class PairwiseGUI

getMatchingModel

public TransformationModelGUI getMatchingModel()

Specified by:

getMatchingModel in class PairwiseGUI

Returns:

- the model the user chose to perform the registration with

getMaxError

public double getMaxError()

Specified by:

getMaxError in class PairwiseGUI

Returns:

- a maximal error as selected by the user or Double.NaN if not applicable

globalOptError

public double globalOptError()

Specified by:

globalOptError in class PairwiseGUI

Returns:

- the error allowed for the global optimization
