This CacheLoader maps a Long key into an Interval based on a CellGrid. The creation of an appropriate A is then delegated to a CacheLoader that generates an A from an interval. Implementing a CacheLoader that fills Cells of an AbstractCellImg requires a lot of boilerplate code for mapping the Long index of a Cell into the Interval that is backed by the Cell. The IntervalKeyLoaderAsLongKeyLoader generates this mapping and reduces the amount of boilerplate code for the caller.
