Interface PositionFieldFunction<D extends net.imglib2.type.NativeType<D> & net.imglib2.type.numeric.RealType<D>,T extends net.imglib2.type.NativeType<T>,F,P>

Type Parameters:

D - position component type. should be DoubleType or FloatType

T - target pixel type

F - corresponding position field array type (must be float[] or double[])

P - corresponding target primitive array type (i.e., float[] or double[])

A function that maps position vectors to T.

compute

void compute(P dest,
             int length,
             F positionField,
             double[] positionOffset)

Compute a block of target values from a block of position vectors. (The components of the position vectors are flattened in dimension 0.)

Parameters:

dest - block of output values to fill

length - number of output values (and number of positionField vectors)

positionField - position field block

positionOffset - offset to add to positionField vectors

independentCopy

PositionFieldFunction<D,T,F,P> independentCopy()

Returns an instance of this PositionFieldFunction that can be used independently, e.g., in another thread.

getType

T getType()

Returns an instance of the target pixel type.

Returns:

target pixel type
