public class BlockAlgoUtils

Utilities for applying block algorithms to images.

For example, cellImg(...) creates a CachedCellImg which computes cells using a given BlockSupplier.

dimensions - dimensions of the CachedCellImg to create

cellDimensions - block size of the CachedCellImg to create

Returns:

a CachedCellImg which copies cells from blocks.

arrayImg

public static <T extends net.imglib2.type.NativeType<T>> net.imglib2.img.array.ArrayImg<T,?> arrayImg(BlockSupplier<T> blocks,
                                                                                                      net.imglib2.Interval interval)

Create a ArrayImg from the specified interval in blocks.

Type Parameters:

T - target type (type of the returned ArrayImg)

Parameters:

blocks - provides data to be copied

interval - the interval to be copied

Returns:

a ArrayImg copied from interval in blocks.
