Interface for Reference subclasses that have some operation that should be performed after they are enqueued in a ReferenceQueue. Implementing classes should extend Reference or its subclasses. The cleanup() method should be implemented with whatever behavior should be performed when the reference enters its associated ReferenceQueue, which depends on the type of reference extended.
