exception may include one of the following policy error reason codes
defined in the org.omg.CORBA package: BAD_POLICY, BAD_POLICY_TYPE,
BAD_POLICY_VALUE, UNSUPPORTED_POLICY, UNSUPPORTED_POLICY_VALUE.
