An annotation used to indicate what annotation types an annotation processor supports. The Processor.getSupportedAnnotationTypes() method can construct its result from the value of this annotation, as done by AbstractProcessor.getSupportedAnnotationTypes(). Only strings conforming to the grammar should be used as values.
