Construct new KeyStoreBuilderParameters from a List of KeyStore.Builders. Note that the list is cloned to protect against subsequent modification.

Parameters:
parameters - the List of Builder objects
Throws:
NullPointerException - if parameters is null
IllegalArgumentException - if parameters is an empty list
