Constructs a parameter set for password-based encryption as defined in
the PKCS #5 standard.
- Parameters:
salt
- the salt. The contents of salt
are copied
to protect against subsequent modification.
iterationCount
- the iteration count.
- Throws:
NullPointerException
- if salt
is null.
